We cover airfare, hotel, meals, and registration if you qualify

You attend for free. The CopFleet grant covers 100% of airfare, travel, meals, and conference fees for qualified police agency buyers of fleet solutions. You’ll fly to the event, spend two nights at the hotel, and meet with colleagues, peers, and leading solutions providers, all covered by your grant. There are 50 grants available for each event, and we will select from the applications submitted.

Who Attends?

Your agency qualifies if…

You may qualify if your agency has over 150 vehicles (on-road, four-wheels). If you support a large agency and share fleet management another person or dept., we will consider hosting both of you if space is available.

You must be a purchaser, specifier, or recommender of specific fleet solutions for your agency.

Your agency must have plans and funding for technology purchases.

If your agency is currently seeking new suppliers, or regularly reviews options for new solutions, and the agency has budget or a plan to fund those acquisitions, you are in purchasing mode. CopFleet is a sourcing event, so hosting agencies with ability to buy is essential to our mission.
